What are your hours of operation?
Our tours depart daily at 10:30am, 2:30pm, and 6pm. (6:30pm on Friday and Saturday)
Our office and phones are open from 9am - 6pm.
Please note that tours are filled based on reservations and that schedules are subject to change.
What is included in the Road Dog's Seattle Brewery Tour?
Pickup, drop-off, and transportation to and from each brewery.
Visits to 3 breweries per tour.
Plenty of various craft beer samples included and provided at each brewery.
Inside knowledge of the craft brewing process.
Road Dog's t-shirt.
Road Dog's souvenir pint glass.
Do I need a reservation?
We recommend a reservation as our brewery tours get booked quickly and this will ensure your spot.

What forms of payment are accepted?
For Internet bookings we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Paypal. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to submit payment.
We also accept walk up reservations and payment by cash or credit card is accepted when you enter the van.
Do I need to print a ticket?
No ticket is needed. Just show your ID when boarding the van.

Can you do hotel pickups?
Courtesy hotel pickups are provided only for private groups of large number of passengers traveling together. If you reserve a Private Brewery Tour, we can typically pick up and drop off in downtown Seattle or nearby neighborhoods.
Where do your tours finish?
You are dropped off at your same pick-up location.

How long is the tour?
We visit 3 breweries in approximately 3 hours.
What do we ride in?
The vehicles are large 14 passenger vans similar to Ford Econoline.
Is food available on the tour?
We recommend eating a solid meal before the tour. Light snacks may be available depending on the breweries we visit, but no guarantee.
Do I tip the bartenders for samples?
Your guide will take care of tips. However, feel free to tip your Road Dog's guide/driver at the end of tour.
What are your age requirements?
All passengers must be 21 years old to participate in our brewery tour.
If I am pregnant and still want to go on the tour is there a non drinking fee?
Yes, you can purchase a $20 non drinking ride along seat, which includes the tour, t-shirt and pint glass. Call us to make this type of reservation.
Do I need to bring my Living Social Voucher (if applicable)?
No ticket is needed. Just show your ID when boarding the van.
Will my ticket expire?
Your ticket is only valid for the dates you select. Please review our cancellation policy on the brewery tour reservation page.
How are refunds and rescheduling handled?
No refund given within 48 hours or do not show up for your reserved tour.
Full refund available if you cancel/reschedule within 2 days before your reserved tour.
